WHY WILL POWER DOESN'T WORK

This is the secret to the universe that no one is talking about.

Ever try to not eat dessert? Then fail.

Or work out super hard then not move for several weeks?

Or text someone you don’t want to talk to anymore?

It’s because you were trying to use will power to change your habit.

Will power doesn’t work because:

1.) It’s limited.

2.) Resisting is draining and leads to quitting.

3.) Negative emotion doesn’t yield positive results.

I used to think emotion and feelings were “frou-frou” and for weak, indulgent, and dramatic people.

Now I know they’re the key to getting anything I want.

Because feelings control all of our actions and results.

Understanding them is a superpower in it of itself.

It’s the most powerful tool we were never taught in school and it affects every area of our lives.
